Shipping policy
Every card you pull on YourGrails is a real graded slab stored in our vault. You can ship any card in your collection to your door. This page explains how that works, what it costs and what happens if something goes wrong.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States only for now. We can’t ship to other countries yet, and we’ll update this page when that changes.
We check your address before you pay. If the carrier can’t deliver to it, or it needs a small fix like a missing apartment number, we’ll ask you to correct it first.
What it costs
You see the full price before you pay. It has two parts:
- Shipping: the carrier’s price for your package, based on the address and how many cards are in it.
- Vault packing & handling: our vault’s fee for pulling your slabs, packing them and handing them to the carrier.
Insurance is included, and YourGrails doesn’t add a service fee. One card to a US address usually costs about $16. Sending several cards together in one package costs less per card than shipping them one at a time.
A price holds for a few minutes. Once you start paying, you have 30 minutes to finish. If the checkout times out before your payment arrives, nothing is charged and you can start again for a fresh price.
Prices are in US dollars. You pay from your YourGrails account in USDC, a digital version of the US dollar.
Insurance
Every package is insured for the full value of the cards in it. Each card is insured for its current market value, which you see at checkout next to the card as “Insured for” an amount.
If we don’t have a value for a card yet, it can’t ship until our team sets one. Contact support and we’ll sort it out.
Packages don’t need a signature on delivery.
Packing and delivery times
After you pay, you confirm the shipment once more. That takes the cards out of your collection on YourGrails so the vault can pack them. From then on they can’t be sold back, listed, traded or sent.
Most orders leave the vault within 3 business days. Delivery after that depends on the shipping option you pick; you see its estimate before you pay.
Tracking and updates
Every order is on your Shipments page, with tracking as soon as the carrier has your package. We check tracking about every hour, and you can refresh it yourself.
A big order can ship in more than one package. Each package gets its own tracking number and link.
We’ll let you know when your package ships and when it’s delivered.
If a package is lost or damaged
Check the tracking first: carriers sometimes leave a notice or hold a package for pickup.
If tracking says delivered but you don’t have it, or the package arrives damaged, contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number. If it’s damaged, keep the packaging and take a few photos.
We’ll open a claim with the carrier for the insured value and keep you updated. When the claim is settled, we replace the card or refund its insured value. If a package sits in transit for more than 10 days, we start looking into it ourselves.
Cancelling and refunds
Before you pay, you can cancel a checkout at any time and nothing is charged.
After you pay, you can ask for a refund from the Shipments page as long as your order isn’t with the vault’s shipping team yet. That covers orders where:
- you paid but haven’t confirmed your cards yet,
- we hit a problem with your order,
- your payment arrived after the checkout had closed, or
- your order has been stuck for more than a day.
Your shipment stops while we review the request, usually within 2 business days. If it’s approved, the money goes back to the account you paid from. If your cards were already confirmed, the refund covers your shipping payment, and we either ship the cards once the problem is fixed or put them back in your collection.
Once the vault has your order, it can’t be cancelled online. Contact support and we’ll help.
